I cannot add my survey URL to my post.
We support URLs from multiple survey platforms, including google forms, surveymonkey, qualtrics, typeform, jotform, wufoo, paperform, microsoft forms, zoho, prolific, gorilla, wenjuanxing, wenjuan.com, tencent questionnaire and surveycake.
If you are using other platforms and want us to support the URL from that platform, please contact us by filling in the form.
For the time being, shorten URL (such as forms.gle and goo.gl) is not supported. Please use the full URL.
If you think your survey should be supported but still cannot add it, please try to change the domain of the URL. For example, change zh.surveymonkey.com to www.surveymonkey.com will make the URL work.

What is the meaning of “manual detection is needed for this URL”?
That means you need to aquire the participants’ user ID in your survey. Please add a suvey question: “What is your CONRE user ID?” to your online survey.
If you didn’t do that, you may need to pay the participants even if they did not finish your survey.
I didn’t get any response for my survey, but the system shows that someone have finished it.
If you use google form, please use a single page google form. For the time being, muti-page google form is not supported.
If you are using other survey platforms, please fill in the form to contact us with your ID and the participants’ ID with this problem.
How can I top-up (add CONRE coins)?
There are many ways you can top-up your account.
£1 = 100 Conre coins.

When should I deliver the coins to the participants?
You should deliver your coins as soon as possible. We encourge you to check the survey response (if any) before delivering coins.
If you didn’t deliver any coins as you stated in your post, we may need to suspend your research post and/or your account. You are responsible to pay the participants with conre coins. Please deliver the coins within 7 days after the pariticipant completed the research.
How can I pause/stop recruiting participants?
You can delete your post in the app (For Andriod: long press the post in the history tab; for IOS: slide the post in the history tab).
Can I use languages other than English?
Of course. You can use any language you wants to post your research. We treasure diversity in the community.
Is there any restrictions for posting my research?
You need to make sure that your post fufill the legal and ethical requirement (including but not limited to privay policy) of your country and your participants’ country (when applicable). You should not include any violent, sex offense or illegal content in your post.
We are not responsible for the content you post. We may suspend your post and/or account without any notice if you violate our terms and conditions. Please check our service terms and privacy policy for details.

Please check the spam bin and promotion bin as well if you didn’t receive it.
Click “Didn’t get your verification email?” button in the app if you cannot find your verification email in the main inbox, spam bin and promotion bin.

I joined the study but didn’t get any Conre coins. What should I do?
It takes a while for the researchers to verify your answer and distribute the coins. The status of your conre points should be “Under review” in the Points tab. You will get conre points if it turn into “Delivered”.
If you didn’t receive any coins 7 days after you completed the research (i.e. “Under review” for more than 7 days), please feel free to report that post in your app or contact us at contacts@conre.co.uk. We may not response to your request if you contact us within 7 days you completed the research.
I find a post which I think is illegal or contains improper content. What should I do?
You can report that post in your app or contact us at contacts@conre.co.uk providing the details.
When will I get my gift card, vocher, or cash reward?
You will need to order the reward with your conre coins in your app. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your request.
